DIAMOND BULLDOGS  HEALTH GUARANTEE

If you have chosen one of our babies you need to copy, and sign/date this guarantee, when you send your deposit. Then mail this to me via mail.

Seller agrees the puppies have been dewormed, and up to date on all shots.  If within one year from date of birth a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to have congenital, or hereditary disorders affecting the health of puppy, and if buyer notifies Diamond Bulldogs within three days of findings. The puppy will be replaced when one is available with one of equal value NO REFUNDS  Seller is not responsible for veterinary cost ,or shipping cost  to, or from buyer.  Return of puppy will be with registration papers.

Purchaser agrees that they will have their new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy two(72) hours of receiving puppy.  If a condition is treatable it is the responsibility of the new owner to have the puppy treated by a licensed veterinarian.  Examples of conditions not covered by this guarantee are treatable mange, cherry eye, eye entropian, skin allergies, coccidia, bacterial or viral illnesses, parvo, kennel cough, elongated soft palate, breed related, correctable, and treatable conditions that can be treated by a licensed veteranian.  It is very important to find a veterinarian that is familiar with the bulldog breed, This could be fatal to your bulldog if not.

New owner agrees not to crossbreed, or any of their puppies be sold to pet stores or wholesale establishments.

All Diamond Bulldog puppies are sold with full breeding rights.  We are not responsible for disposition, and, or conformation.  If they are unable to breed for any reason, Diamond Bulldogs will not be responsible

Purchase price of puppy must be paid in full before he/she can leave our home.

This guarantee is null, and void if buyer does not provide  health care, preventative health care for internal ,and external parasites, and heartworm preventative,or if puppy had been bred, or tied or left outside. This gurantee is null and void if the pup does not have a licensed vet do a health check before the 72 hour period gien to do so is not preformed.

Any dispute, or litigation concerning this health guarantee that can't be settled by Diamond Bulldogs, and new owner must be settled in Little River County,  Arkansas.  This is a result of con artists filing lawsuits in their homestate claiming misrepresentation regarding puppies health.  Without this in our guarantee we would be faced with the option of hiring a lawyer for a lawsuit across the country, and being present for the hearings, or replacing money paid for puppy.

There is no refunds. If you have made a deposit, and changed your mind there is still no refund.

This guarantee is not transferable.
